Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist or Manager to join our team, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. This versatile team member will be responsible for a variety of sales operations/sales enablement responsibilities. If you are a people-person who loves the rewarding challenge of optimizing the sales organization, building new processes, and making an impact in your work, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
SALES OPERATIONS

Support sales organization as an operational expert and analyst through all stages of the sales cycle, including demand planning, sales forecasting, territory mapping, performance dashboards, lead tracking, quote management, vendor credentialing, and order processing.

Achieve proficiency with sales and service CRM modules, maintaining data, developing dashboards, and maximizing marketing leads for sales representatives.

Create sales analysis and forecasting reports for sales leadership.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, including virtual and in-person meetings and demos.

Support training execution for market development managers.

Manage logistics for product demos, installations, and service issues.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
-
3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Bachelor’s degree/post-secondary education in business administration, finance, marketing or related areas, or a combination of education and experience.

Data-driven, tech savvy and highly proficient in programs such as Excel, HubSpot (or similar CRM), Tableau, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail, effective follow-through, and good problem-solving abilities.

Knowledgeable of sales processes.

Experience with trade shows, medical industry events, webinars, and virtual meetings, along with managing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) agreements.

WORKING CONDITIONS
